Alicia Wyman is a corporate, transactional, real estate and finance lawyer with over thirty years of experience. She has represented companies in a variety of industries, including healthcare, high-tech and telecom, from start-up phase to publicly-traded.
Alicia provides a broad array of corporate services, such as structuring, negotiating and managing the formation of companies; private issuances of securities; mergers; acquisitions; joint ventures; and strategic alliances. She also reviews and negotiates commercial leases, real estate purchase and sale agreements, and real estate development agreements; reviews and negotiates contracts, including IT agreements, with principal vendors, suppliers and customers; works with client leadership on various corporate finance and restructuring transactions, including venture capital, high-yield and senior debt; provides legal counsel to corporate officers regarding corporate governance, employment and operations issues and litigation avoidance and pre-litigation strategies; and advises corporate boards of directors of for-profit and charitable corporations regarding fiduciary duties and potential liability exposure in connection with transactions and events.
Prior to affiliating with Ankner & Levy, Alicia was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery, Mintz Levin and Holland & Knight. She is a graduate of Smith College and the Boston University School of Law.
